Great bakery in a lovely little village. I chose to drive the short distance to this bakery over the bakery in the nearby village where we were staying as these croissants and breads were so much better quality.

Le pavé chocolat est sur une génoise au lieu d un croquant. Crème chantilly au goût de plastique. Tarte aux fraises : pâte molle sans savoir ce que c était réellement. Vraiment dommage pour un si petit village de ne pas avoir d autre choix…Traduction
Very disappointed with this bakery/pastry shop. The baguettes aren't good, except for the sesame one. Otherwise, they're too flat and overcooked. The pastry shop is the same. Pretty window display that makes you want to try them, but... Too much sugar. No flavor. The chocolate cake is on a sponge cake instead of a crunchy cake. Whipped cream tastes like plastic. Strawberry tart: soft pastry, no idea what it actually was. It's a real shame for such a small village not to have another choice...
